Investment capital would be used to secure, purchase, rehab and flip the property for quick profit.

RE CAPITAL GROUP would do all the work in the deal.

​Investors have the opportunity:

  • to invest the full amount needed for purchase and rehab of a property
  • invest a partial amount, along with other investors to fund the entire purchase and rehab of a property
  • to invest the amount needed for the down payment and rehab of a property (we will get the loan for the balance or take over the existing loans)
Earn 6%-12% interest, depending on the type of project, amount lent and the period of time the capital is lent.
 

  Commercial Properties


Investment capital would be used to secure, purchase, rehab, lease up and flip the property for quick profit.

DOCUMENTATION

Investors who are interested in any of the opportunities must fill out the Investor Questionnaire to let us know what their experience level is and what type of investment they are interested in.

In addition to the Investor Questionnaire, investors must fill out one of these two forms  Accredited Investor or  Sophisticated Investor to let us know which type you are. This is an SEC requirement.
